Returns Eligibility:
  • Lingerie Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on lingerie items (such as bras, panties, bodysuits, etc.) that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Lingerie Items: Swimwear, hosiery, and other non-lingerie items may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet the same conditions: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Time Frame: All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
  • Worn, washed, or altered lingerie (including those without tags or original packaging).
  • Underwear (briefs, thongs, panties) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refunds
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.
  • For international orders, any customs duties or taxes incurred are non-refundable.
Exchanges
  • We understand that fit is crucial for lingerie. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and must also adhere to the conditions for returns (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
Damaged or Faulty Items
  • We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at sarahjaynelingerie2024@gmail.com with photos and details of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for the defective product.

  • Refitting: If you feel that your lingerie does not fit as expected after purchasing, we are happy to offer a refitting service within 30 days of your purchase, free of charge. This will help you confirm whether an exchange or adjustment is necessary.
  • Limitations: We kindly ask that customers refrain from attending measuring appointments if they are feeling unwell, to maintain a safe and clean environment for all. If needed, we are happy to reschedule your appointment.
